On March 9, 2023, John Wiley & Sons Inc., a New York corporation (the
“Company”), issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results
for the third quarter fiscal year 2023. A copy of the Company’s press release is
attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.

On March 9, 2023, the Company held its third quarter fiscal 2023 earnings
conference call. The Company is furnishing as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current
Report on Form 8-K the presentation materials that were provided and discussed
during the earnings conference call.
