Chris is a counsel in the firm’s U.S. Financial Regulation practice and advises clients on complex compliance, regulatory, operational, distribution, and formation matters.
Chris has significant experience advising global investment managers, pensions, insurance companies, and private funds.
Chris has helped clients navigate a broad array of issues impacting their businesses such as developing policies and procedures to comply with new regulations, dealing with examinations and investigations, launching new products, and acquiring investment managers.
With nearly 20 years of in-house experience, Chris is well positioned to advise clients having served as Head of Institutional & Alternatives Legal US at Allianz Global Investors and Senior Counsel at a German global investment bank. Chris began his career as an associate in the investment management group of another law firm.
