ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION

On January 17, 2023, Silvergate Capital Corporation (the “Company”) issued a
press release announcing the Company’s financial results for the fourth quarter
and full year ended December 31, 2022. A copy of the press release is attached
as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and hereby incorporated by
reference.

The information furnished under Item 2.02, Item 7.01 and Item 9.01 of this
Current Report on Form 8-K, including Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2 to this
Current Report on Form 8-K, shall not be deemed “filed” for purposes of Section

The Company will conduct a conference call at 8:00 a.m (Eastern Time) on January
17, 2023 to discuss its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year
