Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On November 14, 2022, Robert Rowe, chief executive officer; Brian Bird,
president and chief operating officer; Crystal Lail, vice president and chief
financial officer; Daniel Rausch, treasurer, and Travis Meyer,
director corporate finance and investor relations officer, of NorthWestern
Corporation d/b/a NorthWestern Energy (Nasdaq: NWE) (the “Company”) will be
hosting one-on-one meetings with existing and potential investors as part of the
EEI 2022 Financial Conference in Hollywood, Florida. During these meetings, they
will be providing certain information concerning the Company in a slide
presentation and will be reaffirming the Company’s 2022 adjusted non-GAAP
earnings guidance range of $3.20 to $3.35 per diluted share.

A copy of the presentation is being furnished pursuant to Regulation FD as
Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by
reference. The information in the presentation will not be deemed to be “filed”
for the purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as
