ITEM 8.01OTHER EVENTS
In the press release described in Item 2.02, the Company announced that the
Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on the Company’s
outstanding common stock. The cash dividend was increased to $0.20 per share and
will be payable on August 19, 2022 to the stockholders of record at the close of
business on August 8, 2022.
