On July 25, 2022, SB Financial Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press
release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly
shareholder dividend of $0.12 per share. The dividend is payable on August 26,
2022 to all common shareholders of record as of August 12, 2022.
