On June 16, 2022, U.S. Physical Therapy, Inc. (NYSE: USPH), a national operator
of outpatient physical therapy clinics and provider of industrial injury
prevention services (the “Company”), announced that Carey Hendrickson, Chief
Financial Officer, will participate in the 2022 East Coast IDEAS Virtual
Conference on Wednesday, June 22, 2022. The presentation will cover an overview
of the Company.

The presentation includes a discussion of Operating Results and Adjusted EBITDA,
non-GAAP (generally accepted accounting principles) financial measures. The
presentaion also includes reconciliations of those measures to the most
directly comparable financial measures calculated and presented in accordance
with GAAP.
