On May 4, 2022, the Company issued a press release announcing that Michael
Miller, Chief Financial Officer, Jeffrey Hire, President of External Affairs,
and Darren Hicks, Director of Investor Relations, will participate in the BTIG
Housing Ecosystem Conference held in New York, NY on May 10, 2022 and that Jason
Niswonger, Chief Administrative and Sustainability Officer will join Messrs.
Hire and Hicks for the Goldman Sachs Leveraged Finance and Credit Conference
held in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA on May 11-13, 2022.
