Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On April 27, 2021, Clubhouse Media Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press
release announcing the addition of Perry Simon as a member of the Company’s
Advisory Board. Mr. Simon, former General Manager at PBS, former Managing
Director at BBC Worldwide America, former President of Viacom Productions, and
former Executive Vice President of Primetime at NBC Entertainment, currently
serves as President of independent production company Shore View Entertainment.
A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report
on Form 8-K.
