Law360, London (February 22, 2021, 1:21 PM GMT) — The government should examine how the pensions watchdog is working with the Financial Conduct Authority to regulate workplace retirement schemes in its review of the post-Brexit financial services regulatory framework, a life insurer has said.

Insurer Aegon called on HM Treasury on Friday to include The Pensions Regulator in a consultation into how the financial sector will be policed after Britain left the European Union’s regulatory orbit in December.
